Fully equipped kitchen. If you require a kettle, please request one before arrival.
Linens and sheets included at check-in: one set of bed linen and one set of towels per person. For stays of more than 3 nights, we provide an extra set per person so you can wash your own clothes as needed.
Surveillance cameras are located throughout the outdoor area to monitor capacity, guests, and security, and are connected to the police 24 hours a day.
We have a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Please inquire about its operation when booking.

Celebrations or outdoor gatherings that may disturb neighbors and guests will not be permitted. This will result in immediate eviction, with no right to claim any prior payment. (NOISE CONTROL)
If damage is caused to the property, the amount will be deducted from your card within 48 hours of check-out, based on the valuation.
